I just wanted to drop a line and thank you on how stable and feature rich
Fonality has become for us. In the year and a half of using it, it has
really evolved and become a system that handles our 1000+ calls a day and
handles the queue calls in a correct fashion and makes it easy to control
the call from the operators stand point. I appreciate the improvements and I
have not had to open a ticket in over 5 months since this thing is just
humming.
